Secondary1st is organising a Readathon for children and grown-ups to mark National Bookstart Week and celebrate the joys of reading. A group of 11 and 12 year-olds together with some of their parents completed a 10-mile Charity Cycle Ride round St, Alban’s and through parts of Hertfordshire on May 13th. They all had a great day in the warm sunshine and raised nearly £950 for Secondary1st – a fantastic achievement by them all.
