Andrea’s sisters and best friend are planning to complete 40 challenges leading up to what would have been her 40^th birthday next January.  They have started by getting 40 people out together on a cold January morning.  The next event will be a shoeathon, involving the wearing of 40 pairs of shoes each day, followed by an Easter tea party for kids in early April.  All of the challenges are a tribute to Andrea and will raise money for Secondary1st and the Beatson Institute in Glasgow where Dr Seth Coffelt and his team are carrying out research into secondary breast cancer with funding from Secondary1st.
