Vanessa has written two hit novels and is now working on her third book. She has secondary breast cancer which has spread to her brain, liver and lung. In an article in the Daily Mail on 26th October she talks of her determination to live life to the full and let hope help to carry her forward. She is angry that so little research funding is directed towards secondary breast cancer, and that not enough attention is paid to developing treatments for breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
