Bristows staff walk 25km along the River Thames
After a cupcake sale in their offices during the week, on Saturday 9 September a team of intrepid Bristows staff embarked on a 25km walk along the River Thames from Bristows’ offices at 100 Victoria Embankment, alongside the river and canals, to Canary Wharf. Then they crossed over the river to Greenwich and ended at the Rotherhithe Tunnel. The walk included a fun quiz for children (and adults too!) and took in some of London’s historical sites including long-disused canals, forgotten smugglers haunts, fugitive harbouring pubs and even a hangman’s noose.
