A group of 18 children and 18 adults got together to honour the memory of a dear friend who had recently died of secondary breast cancer. During Cheltenham Gold Cup week they worked incredibly hard to bake cakes and then sold them every afternoon from 5 o’clock. They raised more than £2.400; it was a magnificent tribute.
