Paul will be running the London Marathon on 2^nd October to raise money for Secondary1st in memory of his sister-in-law Poppy.  He has been training hard through the summer heat and completed an 18-mile run during the Bank Holiday weekend.  He is planning 3 more long runs before Marathon Day.
