The Rosie Choueka Memorial Essay Prize
The Procurement Lawyers’ Association recently celebrated the award of the 2017-8 Rosie Choueka Memorial Essay Prize. Their Annual Essay Competition was established in memory of Rosie, who was a member of the PLA Executive Committee and is for young lawyers who are asked to submit an essay of 2,000-3,000 words on a specific public procurement subject.
