The team of Jackie’s friends and family completed this year’s Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge in the amazing time of 11 hours 40 minutes after weeks of training and preparation.  This was a 24-mile hike over Pen-y-ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m).  They took on this daunting challenge for Jackie who was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2017 and then secondary breast cancer in May 2018; she picked Secondary1st as her chosen charity.  This wonderful achievement raised over £4000 and is a real tribute to them and to Jackie.
