Team 27’s Cycle Mission
On May 13th Team 27, a group of 11 to 12 year-olds, will set out on the 10 mile St. Albans charity cycle ride, accompanied by quite a few of their parents. The ride starts at Oaklands College, the home of St. Albans Hockey Club and the team aims to enjoy riding through the Hertfordshire countryside, with hopes for good weather on the day. They want to raise money for Secondary1st, which was set up at the request of the best friend of one of the group’s mums as the two had known each other from their schooldays together.
